Terms and Conditions​

Thank you for your interest and booking at the High-Level Bed & Breakfast. Please refer to our terms & conditions below:

  • Check-in time is between: 11:00 am -12:00 nn and 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Just a note that late check-ins are by appointment only. Unannounced late check-ins may result in a loss of your booking, so your consideration is appreciated.
  • Check-out time is 10:00 am
  • All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking
  • Room rates are may vary and subject to change
  • Two sumptuous breakfasts are included per room.
  • Each room has its own maximum occupancy. Any extra adult/per night up to the maximum occupancy will have a $20 charge, plus applicable taxes.
  • For children 0-5 years old may stay free, 6-17 years old will have an additional $15
  • Additional guests, above maximum occupancy, will be checked into another room at that day’s rate, based on availability
  • Early Check-ins will be by request only and depends on the room availability
  • Late Check-outs will be by request only and based on availability and additional fees may apply
  • There’s free parking is available
  • Quiet time is 11:00p.m. to 7:00a.m., nightly

Pet Policy – Pets are not allowed.

Choice of Breakfast– Kindly advise us upon check-in if there are any dietary restrictions.

Key Replacement – If the room key is lost, we are required by law to change the locks for the safety of all future guests. Therefore, we request that you please drop your room key at the front desk before you head back home to avoid the $200 penalty for lost keys. We appreciate your understanding.

Accessibility –We offer two wheelchairs accessible rooms. Please be in touch directly, so we can see how we can assist you better.

Damage – All guests are responsible for treating the property and amenities with respect. You will be charged for the replacement or repair of any damaged items in our property or guest rooms. If you incur additional charges or damages during your stay that were not settled at time of check-out, charges will be billed to your credit card on file.

Smoking & Vaping Policy – There will be a $200 fine for violators who are smoking or vaping within the Inn or rooms.

The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss due to any cause.
