- Rooms cancelled within 4 days of a reservation will be fully charged.
- During holidays there is a week or 7-day cancellation policy. Rooms cancelled within 7 days of a reservation will be fully charged.
- For group bookings, it can be cancelled, free of charge, if it was cancelled up to 60 days before the arrival date. A $600 charge will be applied for each day cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
- You will be responsible for the original room nights booked for your intended stay.
- We recommend guests purchase cancellation insurance.
